This week I stoped in the parable of the sower, in Matthew 13:18-23 where the Lord explained to his disciples. But, when I was reading it was not hard to bring me back some memories that gave me a different point of view of this parable. During my entire life I always applied this parable to the people non member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint, but in this opportunity I applied to myself. The way that I applied to myself if was focus in the ground and not in the seed, (we know that the seed is good), but the my ground where the seed will be put it, it was my problem. How many time in my own life the ground was not ready, how many days I lost invaluable time because the seed couldn't grow up just for the ground it was not ready. So, I made me the question, how important is the ground to me? and What am I doing to become in fertile ground?
Maybe there are many ways to prepare the ground, but I selected one, which one it will take time to develop that at the end will work. I'm working in one Christlike attribute the Humility. For the next six week I will working on specific goals which allow me to become more like Christ and at the same time it will be one nutrient to the soil.
